State restrictions need to apply to wherever children are at risk of abuse etc.International and UN agreements are crucial in this area to ensure individual liberties are not infringed yet practices remain within the bounds of civilised and tolerant behaviours. No human rights should be infringed whilst vulnerable members of society need protection.

Would you support the creation of a Royal Commission to review Britain’s drug laws?

Yes. Too many of our drug laws seem counterproductive and criminalise a range of behaviours and life-style choices.
