Any information that encourages law breaking, can cause harm or damage should be restricted. For example: child pornography, sites encouraging terrorism, violence, self harm etc

I believe that the government made a huge mistake in not recognising the difference between skunk and cannabis, it took far to long to recongise that Kat is a dangerous drug; so yes but not to legalise drugs
