As a law abiding person I have no objection to keep the lae as it is , but would be open to reasonable reform if it is legitimately required

These people are very vulnerable and must have someone to look over thier interest and welfare at all times. I would support carers are treated equally

I support a fair rent for both tennant and landlord. When a new tennant takes over, it is between the two parties to agree new rent.

yes, this may be coupled with a "Hotel Star " type rating so a lower standard will be much cheaper, this will encourage a higher standerd of housing

2010 it was £2.5 billion, now £568 million. I would support grant to LOCAL authority only and not private housing associations

Private sector landlords receive over £27bn a year in housing benefit and tax breaks. Would you support a rent tax that recouped up to a third of this to fund new housing supply?
